What do I do if I have lost my provisional driving licence?
Go to your local post office and fill in another provisional licence application form (D100), but request a duplicate driving licence. Complete the form and send it off to the DVLA at Swansea. You can continue with lessons whilst you wait for your replacement driving licence.
